ODD Architects is a Melbourne architecture and interiors practice creating thoughtful, considered and personal homes.
We believe good architecture begins with understanding what is already there. We look to retain and reuse what we can, working carefully with existing buildings, landscapes and materials rather than starting again unnecessarily.
We approach each project as a whole. Old and new, architecture and interiors, materials and artwork are considered together to create a clear and consistent language. Colours, materials and details are drawn from the landscape, built fabric and character of each site, allowing new work to sit naturally within its context.
As a practice, we work closely and personally with our clients from the first conversation through to the smallest detail. We care about how a home looks, but equally how it feels, how it is made and how it will be lived in.
'Fitzroy Warehouse House' in The Local Project
Featured in The Local Project - ODD Architects reimagines a former Fitzroy shoe factory as a contemporary urban home, balancing industrial heritage with art-led interiors and spaces for entertaining.
